What should I do when people copy my codes without my permission and change my copyright notice ?

Since the good folks from eToxic don't seem to care what board owners do unless it can negatively affect eToxic (or if you're French), I'm not sure how much good it will do. But it's worth a shot.

A better idea would be to let everyone know the names of the boards who have ripped your code. You should post those names on the ESF, and feel free to post them here as well.

@Dion: Hello, I found out this page. They share my codes without my permission, remove my copyright, and claim that my works are their works. Btw, it's in Arab so how can I report it ? Will they shut that site down ?

You should still report them like Dion suggested. However I wonder what e-Toxic will do when they realise its Arab, might be hard for them to take action, not sure. Thats if they even read the litigation.

I would make a post on the ESF and specifically ask for "Godfather" to look into it. It's important that you specifically ask for Godfather's help. Make sure to list ALL the topics where you know they have removed someone's copyright and replaced it with their own.

Of course you will be told to use Litigation, which we both know will do nothing since eToxic usually turns a blind eye to stuff like this, but at least you will get the name of the board, and their overt acts of theft, in public view.
