Font size problem, help needed!!!
Posted January 25th 2012, 7:11am
I'm not entirely sure how this happened but on my site if you click on new posts the results (the links into the threads) are a very small font.....

I've tired changing the font size in the admin panel but it only affects the nav bar and usernames & for some reason NOT the search result links, can anyone tell me if there is code to change this?

If you need to see for yourself it's www.honda-haven.com

Username Andrea
Password summer

Just click on new posts and you will see what I mean, very frustrating indeed!!!!

Which links are you exactly saying are smaller? The only link that I saw that was smaller was someone's e-mail address.

Notice the size of the links on the left hand side, they are much smaller than the usernames under them....

If you want that changed, add this to your CSS:

h2.topic-title {font-size:1em}

em is a relative unit measure, like %. It allows you to set a style value that is relative to its parent. In this case, 1em means to use the same font size as the parent element.

phpBB3 uses em units in order to support their (terrible) font-size changer. forumotion boards don't have that font-size changer, so use of em units makes little sense. In fact, it makes CSS modifications on forumotion phpBB3 boards quite difficult at times...
